The booking flow
You never pay blindly. A real person on the provider side reviews your request before any money changes hands.
Choose a package & time
Select the package that fits your group size, then pick a date and a start time in 15-minute increments.
Add your party details
Tell the provider the guest of honour's name, the age being celebrated, and an estimated headcount.
Submit — no payment yet
Your request goes straight to the provider. You'll get an email confirming we received it.
Pay when it's confirmed
The moment the provider confirms, your confirmation email arrives with a Pay Now button for the deposit.
Receives your request
An email lands in the provider's inbox with every detail: package, date, time, age, and guest count.
Confirms or offers another option
They click Confirm This Booking to lock it in — or Offer Another Option to suggest a different time or package.
You're notified instantly
A confirmation (or alternative) email goes straight to you, so there's no waiting or follow-up calls.
Deposit secures the date
Once you pay, the date is yours. Cancellation policies are shown up front so there are no surprises.

No. Submitting a request is free — it just tells the provider what you want. You only pay the deposit after the provider confirms your request and you receive a confirmation email with a Pay Now button.
The provider can click Offer Another Option, which sends you a pre-written email suggesting alternative times, dates, or packages. You decide whether the new option works.
Payments run through Stripe. Once your booking is confirmed, you pay your deposit online to lock in the date. Cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) are shown on each listing before you book.
No. Each guest receives a personal RSVP link by text or email. They tap it, respond, and note any allergies — no app or account required.
Party Room Included means the experience comes with a venue — you show up there. Host It Anywhere means the provider brings the experience to your home or a location you choose.
